工作職責

  • Deliver professional and friendly service via the customer service hotline and customer counter.
  • Manage inbound calls, including appointment booking, order processing, and general inquiry resolution.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
  • Cultivate positive customer relationships through attentive listening and proactive engagement.
  • Introduce and promote company products and services appropriately based on customer needs.
  • Conduct professional follow-ups to ensure customer requests are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Gather and document customer feedback to support ongoing service and process improvements.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks related to counter operations.

工作要求

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service role; Fresh graduates with a passion for service are highly encouraged to apply

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
