Facilities Officer (Reception) (HK$21K - $26K) (Ref. No.: 27636)

Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作职责

  • Helping with daily office duties like reception, helpdesk requests, access cards, and working with different teams
  • Managing vendors to make sure services are done well and on time
  • Performing regular office walk throughs and following up on any repair or maintenance needs
  • Supporting office events, including setting up rooms
  • Ordering and keeping pantry / office supplies stocked
  • Processing purchase requests and invoices following company guidelines
  • Providing general office support and keeping a friendly, professional front of house environment

工作要求

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in facilities management or office administration, preferably within corporate or banking sectors. Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities
  • Professional and positive image
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Fast learner, able to work independently and collaboratively
