Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Helping with daily office duties like reception, helpdesk requests, access cards, and working with different teams
- Managing vendors to make sure services are done well and on time
- Performing regular office walk throughs and following up on any repair or maintenance needs
- Supporting office events, including setting up rooms
- Ordering and keeping pantry / office supplies stocked
- Processing purchase requests and invoices following company guidelines
- Providing general office support and keeping a friendly, professional front of house environment
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in facilities management or office administration, preferably within corporate or banking sectors. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Professional and positive image
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Fast learner, able to work independently and collaboratively
