Senior HR Manager (HRBP / Generalist Role) (Ref. No.: 27413)

Our client, a well-established insurance company is now urgently looking for high caliber candidate to join their HR team.

工作职责

  • Lead comprehensive HR strategies and influence HR practice across business units
  • Oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management and learning & development
  • Drive organizational development initiatives and workforce planning
  • Plan and monitor HR budget and expenses
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process and support leaders in setting KPIs and development plans
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and ensure comply with labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to various ad-hoc HR projects and reports

工作要求

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field
  • With a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in managerial position, preferably in banking and finance industry
  • Provide experience in developing HR strategies and managing HR functions; strong knowledge of HK and Macau employment law is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and people-oriented, with ability to build strong relationship with all levels of the Company
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
