Senior HR Manager (HRBP / Generalist Role) (Ref. No.: 27413)
Our client, a well-established insurance company is now urgently looking for high caliber candidate to join their HR team.
Job Duties
- Lead comprehensive HR strategies and influence HR practice across business units
- Oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management and learning & development
- Drive organizational development initiatives and workforce planning
- Plan and monitor HR budget and expenses
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and support leaders in setting KPIs and development plans
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and ensure comply with labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to various ad-hoc HR projects and reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field
- With a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in managerial position, preferably in banking and finance industry
- Provide experience in developing HR strategies and managing HR functions; strong knowledge of HK and Macau employment law is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and people-oriented, with ability to build strong relationship with all levels of the Company
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
