Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作職責
- Perform comprehensive business and user requirement analysis.
- Liaise between business users and IT units to ensure requirements are accurately defined and implemented.
- Formulate test plans and lead UAT and regression testing.
- Provide dedicated technical and operational support to business users.
- Manage end-to-end IT project implementation, monitoring progress and resolving roadblocks.
- Oversee project budgets and the procurement process.
- Participate in risk analysis for new product launches.
工作要求
- Degree holder in Business, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis.
- Background in FX related products/ Credit Card/ Corporate Banking or Global Custodian Services is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of the SDLC, data flow, and UAT processes.
- Strong analytical, report-writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a high-performance team environment.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
