• Analyze, design, and specify program components for IT systems.
• Plan and design the construction, operation, and maintenance stages of public works projects.
• Assist in overseeing the development and implementation of digital systems.
• Take part in all phases of IT projects, including feasibility study, systems analysis and design, procurement and installation of computer systems, programming, implementation, system nursing, and maintenance.
• Provide technical advice, identify problems, and propose remedial actions to ensure minimal impact on the user and application system.
• Involve in requirements collection and clarification, and bridge the communications among end-users, development team, and vendors.
• Perform quality assurance, prepare test plans, and assist users in conducting user acceptance tests.
• Manage and coordinate vendor activities and monitor their performance.

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related disciplines.
• 6+ years experience in systems development and maintenance.
• Solid experience in collecting user requirements, system analysis and design.
• Hands-on experience in GIS, CAD, BIM are strongly preferred.
• Solid hands-on experience in ASP.NET development and MS SQL.
