2 Years Trainee Program – Perm (Human Resources Officer / Administrative Assistant) ($17K to $19K)

Global Exec was established in 1996 with offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Due to our rapid expansion, we are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the successful team.

工作職責

  • To provide administrative support to office, e.g. answering of phone calls, handling of mails and faxes, greeting to candidates / visitors, order of pantry supplies, control of stationery stock, office equipment maintenance, photocopy, filing and scanning.
  • To maintain office tidiness including conference & meeting rooms, open areas and pantry.
  • To conduct the orientation to all new contractors.
  • To perform some outdoor work (cheque bank-in and posting in needs).

Under our comprehensive 2 years training program

  • To support the Outsourcing Team, focus on the Payroll Process (Salary and Commission Calculation, MPF / Tax Filing and related admin).
  • To manage Banking Customers, Government, Utilities for their Payroll Management.

工作要求

  • Diploma or above holder.
  • 1-2 years' relevant experience, preferably with exposure in sizable companies, will be considered as Human Resources Officer.
  • Fresh Graduate and IANG Visa with strong commitment will also be considered.
  • Good communication, co-ordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-minded and able to work independently.
  • Possesses a high level of initiative and positive working attitude.
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Immediately available will be a definite advantage.
