Administration Manager/Assistant Manager (Financial Institution) (HK$28K - $38K)

Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

工作職責

  • Responsible for the maintenance of administrative documents, reception duties, processing courier services, processing reservations, procurement, registration and management of daily office duties, as well as the organization and coordination of major activities;
  • Execute cash management, initiate fund transfers, and related internal processes based on company policy;
  • In charge of company property safekeeping and stocktaking;
  • Responsible for the Human Resource Management duties, attendance & leave records, timely processing of personnel files, insurance and other matters according to the provisions;
  • Responsible for opening bank and security accounts, closure and revision;
  • Support ad hoc requests from Business and Senior Management;
  • Liaising with front office teams, accountants, auditors, brokers, vendors, regulatory bodies, and government bodies.

工作要求

  • Bachelor's degree in business disciplines.
  • 3-5 years of working experience gained from financial institutions.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (native in Mandarin is preferred).
  • Strong team player, excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Sensitive to numbers, great sense of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Good computer skills such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing.
  • Must be reliable, organized, detail oriented, proactive, self-motivated and able to multi-task.
