AI Developer: LLM, RAG & Python (0-3 years exp / Fresh Grad) (Ref. No.: 27650)
Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered applications alongside senior developers, focusing on LLM integration and automation.
- Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and handle prompt engineering and fine-tuning tasks.
- Develop and manage automated workflows using n8n and support deployments within Kubernetes (K8S) environments
- Collaborate with end-users to translate functional administrative requirements into robust technical designs and AI solutions.
- Preprocess and analyze internal data sets to train, evaluate, and experiment with new machine learning models and algorithms
- Manage the end-to-end development cycle, from initial scoping and testing to production troubleshooting and deployment.
- Maintain high-quality technical documentation to ensure seamless project handovers to the ITSO internal team.
工作要求
- Solid programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- 0–2 years of experience with core AI concepts, specifically LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Familiarity with n8n workflows and Kubernetes (K8S) would be great.
- Experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain / LangGraph), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a major plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork; ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Cantonese and prior experience in a Hong Kong institutional IT department are highly advantageous.
