Our client, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Visual Merchandising (Regional) to support the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies across multiple store locations within the region.
The ideal candidate will have a refined aesthetic sense, a deep understanding of luxury retail, and the ability to lead and inspire store teams to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

- Assist in the development and implementation of regional visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand’s luxury positioning and global standards
- Ensure the consistent execution of visual merchandising across all stores, including window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations
- Create and maintain detailed visual guidelines, including floor plans, fixture arrangements, and seasonal updates
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to execute high-impact seasonal campaigns and product launches
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with visual standards and identify opportunities for enhancement
- Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to evaluate the impact of visual merchandising on store success
工作要求
- Minimum 5+ years experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury retail sector
- Exceptional understanding of luxury brand aesthetics, customer expectations, and retail trends
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp) and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking abilities
- Willing to travel
