工作職責
- Ensure the proper maintenance of customer information database
- Process customer information enquiry requests from Government / Regulatory Bodies
- Conduct KYC due diligence, account opening and documentation checking
- Understand the bank policies on information protection, risk & security control and regulatory compliance
- Participate in customer information system enhancement
- Provide support in ad-hoc project
工作要求
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience in banking industry
- Experience of dealing with regulatory matters / Government bodies
- Being attentive to details of assigned job and self-discipline
- Ownership of results and commitment to personal goals
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
