Our client, a globally renowned luxury brand, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join its elite retail team.

- Support the Retail Management in overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve store performance, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly. - Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines across all stores.
- Collaborate with the Retail Management in training and developing store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Assist in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline store processes and ensure consistent operations.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with operational standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and inventory management procedures.
- Monitor and manage store inventory levels, including stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and shrinkage control.
- Support in-store marketing and promotional activities to drive customer traffic and maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and HR, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of retail operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to provide input for business decision-making processes.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, analyzing data, and presenting findings to the Retail Management.

- Previous experience in retail operations or store management, preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including store processes, inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in using retail management systems, software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire store teams.
