Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作職責
- Lead the projects / team to perform business analysis tasks
- Perform business and user requirement analysis
- Acting as the primary liaison between business and IT units
- Manage IT project implementation and monitor the project progress and
- resolving occurred problems
- Provide strong support to business users
- Prepare various management reports
- Manage project budget and procurement process
- Participate in the risk analysis for new product launch
工作要求
- Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Information Technology
- Computer Science or related disciplines
- 5-10years+ years of relevant experience in business analysis.
- Project management experiences in banking / financial firms, having experiences in online / payment related solutions will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Analysis
