Working Time: Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm (working hours can be negotiated)

Location: branches (HK island/ Kowloon/ New Territories)

Responsibilities:-

• Answering basic customer enquiries at branches
• Promoting digital banking services, self-services at branches
• Guiding customers to relevant staff for providing professional services and cross-selling opportunities

• Tertiary education or above
• Mature, responsible and self-motivated
• Good communication and customer services skills
• Good command with spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in using mobile apps, tablets, PC
