Customer Services Assistant / Administrative Assistant (HK$17K-19K)

GlobalExec was established in 1996 with offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. Due to our rapid expansion, we are currently seeking talent candidate to join our professional and successful team.

工作職責

Responsibilities: -

  • Assist our team on monthly payroll administration to support our clients for payroll management duties.
  • Act as a coordinator to communicate with employees and clients.
  • Prepare and process HR documentation such as employment contract, employee files, attendance & leave records.
  • Prepare monthly invoices and liaise with finance department as necessary.
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks.
  • With career path to develop into Assistant Human Resources Officer for the right staff if you have strong desire to develop your career in HR area.

工作要求

  • Diploma or above.
  • With 1-2 years' relevant experience in middle to large size company will be an advantage.
  • Team players who demonstrate strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn, flexible & detail-minded.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in MS office including Word and Excel.
  • Hard working and be willing to OT when needed
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage.
