Our client, a Chinese based insurance company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作職責
- Provide secretarial and business support to Chairman
- Manage complex travel itineraries, meeting and calendar to ensure the smooth running of daily agenda
- Liaise between senior management and various internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare and draft correspondences, reports and presentations with a high level of attention to detail
- Conduct research as required
- Facilitate special projects and ad hoc assignments
工作要求
- Bachelor degree with excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and fluent Mandarin preferred)
- Proven 5 years track record as an executive assistant supporting C-level executives preferably with financial firm
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and outgoing personality
- Ability to draft professional correspondence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
