Our client, a Leading Banking Group, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Lead Finance Departments for all financial and accounting related-issues with the coverage of Financial
Reporting, Finance Analysis, Investment Accounting, Liquidity Risk Projects
Focus on Financial Management and with solid experience in managing Finance Department
Fully responsible for Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Budgetary Reporting
Communicate with various Financial Authorities for MPFA & SFO issues / SFC Regulated Activities
Regular review internal control and streamline the process the workflow of the Finance Division

University degree holder in Finance / Accounting
With Qualified Accountant is a MUST
Solid experience in Financial Control, Financial and Regulatory Reporting with Banks is a MUST
Familiar with SFO Regulations and well communication with various Financial Authorities
Strong team lead experience with proven record in managing Finance Department is a MUST
Experience in controlling daily operations of the Finance Division
Good exposure in financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, statutory & financial reporting including SFC returns and surveys, budgetary reporting, management reporting regulatory reporting and performance evaluation etc in Banks
Strong problem-solving skills and able to manage confrontational issues
Able to exercise judgment, work under great pressure and flexible to liaise effectively with the various business units, supporting units and groups of people and issues
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
