Human Resources Officer/ Assistant (Payroll & Admin)

工作職責
- Assist our team on monthly payroll administration.
- Prepare and process HR documentation such as employment contract, employee files, attendance & leave management.
- To support our client / Government Utilities for payroll management duties.
- Prepare monthly invoices and liaise with finance department as necessary.
- To assist on office administrative duties (e.g. answering phone calls, handling mail and courier, control of stationery stock, filing, etc.)
工作要求
- Diploma or above.
- With 1-2 years' relevant experience, preferably in middle to large size company.
- Team players who demonstrate strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn, flexible & detail-minded.
- Good balance of analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in MS office including Excel; with experience in using HR system as a plus.
- Candidate with working experience in customer service, sales support etc. are also welcome to apply - if you have strong desire to develop your career in HR area.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant.
- Immediate availability will be an advantage.
