Our client, a Public Listed Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作職責
- Organise and coordinate technology conference, forums, mentorship programme and related activities (e.g. event planning, promotion and logistics arrangement) for promotion of tech literacy
- Publish technology newsletters and preparing communication materials for technology activities, events and initiatives
- Provide administrative and clerical support for the division head and other members to support business operations of the division
- Assist in business management such as business process simplification and standardization
工作要求
- University degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ working experience, preferably in marketing, events, communications or related fields
- Experience in event organization and/or newsletter publication is preferred
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and attentive to details
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Well-versed in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc
