工作職責
- Monitoring the business projects and initiatives progress / delivery for Private Banking Business.
- Involve in design tools and methodologies for business process reengineering / business workflow projects.
- Perform assessment for process and productivity performance and implement the process development.
工作要求
- University degree holder in Information Technology.
- Experience in change management / project implementation / business process reengineering / process development support with Private Banking Sector OR Banking Wealth Management Sector is a MUST.
- With participation in bank-wide related projects with system development and project management coverage in business development / process reengineering / workflow.
- Initiative, analytical with good communication skills. Able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
