工作職責
- Responsible for infrastructure development and modernize technology evaluation
- Manage service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance in project and operations
- Collaborate across organization to build tools, perform system integration and support infrastructure & systems delivery
- Be Product SME to provide Tier-3 support and advisory to operations team and helpdesk team
工作要求
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related disciplines
- 5 years of relevant working experience
- Hands-on experience in data center solutions and operations
- Competent knowledge and good understanding of enterprise systems implementation and integration
- Holder of professional/technical certificates in security, infrastructure or cloud platform
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Be self-motivated, initiative with good problem solving and analytical skills
- Good team player
- Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) in both speaking and writing
