Senior Manager – IT Audit (HK$70K - $80K) (Ref. No.: 26438)
Our client, a Chinese based bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作職責
- Develop audit plans of designated areas in IT Audit
- Lead a small team to conduct IT audit, compliance & risk assessment for IT infrastructure and applications, and recommend internal control improvements
- Involve in IT governance reviews and assessments
- Perform periodical regulatory compliance review, gap analysis to ensure relevant regulatory requirements are compiled
- Prepare audit reports, verify corresponding issues, present investigation findings and offer recommendation to business units
- Monitor cybersecurity development initiatives
- Manage audit work and complete assignments in accordance with professional standards and in an effective manner
- Identify and assess IT risk areas
- Enforce internal audit standards by updating internal audit policies, procedures and manuals according to regulatory requirements
- Provide audit assistance to external auditors or regulators whenever required
- Perform ad hoc audit projects as assigned
工作要求
- Degree holder in IT, Computer Science, Accounting or related disciplines
- 8 years of IT audit experience, IT Security, Technology Risk Management, preferably from banking or financial industry
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CPA, CISA, CIA, CISM or CISSP)
- Knowledge of IT controls and cybersecurity related regulatory requirements and best practices
- Proficiency in developing and managing CAATs programs & relevant performing systems
- Familiar with Python, Visual Basic, Tableau or Alteryx will be an advantage
- Proactive, with sound analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
