Senior Manager, R & D Engineering (Medical / HealthCare) (HK$50K – 90K)
Our client, a Medical Device, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作職責
- Lead the structural design of medical robots and robotic arm modules, integrating motors, reducers, force sensors, vision sensors, and associated components.
- Perform modeling, assembly simulation, and mechanical analysis of primary structures, including static, modal, and dynamic response analyses.
- Design high-stiffness, lightweight mechanical structures and carry out strength validation, fatigue evaluation, and safety factor verification.
- Conduct structural modal optimization and vibration-suppression design to mitigate resonance risks in high-speed or high-precision operations.
- Oversee wiring layout, cable chain design, and EMC protection to maintain system reliability and compliance with safety standards.
工作要求
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related disciplines.
- 5 years + R&D working experience in medical device or robotic
- Proven background working in the medical, hospital, or healthcare industry, preferably in robotic or automation systems.
- Knowledge of AI algorithm design will be advantage.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with common structural materials including metals, plastics, and composite materials.
- Hands-on understanding of CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding, and die casting technologies.
Skills:
- Proficiency in mechanical modeling and structural analysis software (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks, or similar tools).
- Strong problem-solving ability and collaborative mindset to drive innovative healthcare solutions.
