Senior Manager / Team Head, HR Shared Services (Bank) (HK$75K - $85K) (Ref. No.: 27790)
Our client, a Chinese bank is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position. The Team Leader, HR Shared Services is responsible for leading the HR Shared Services team and ensuring the efficient delivery of payroll and core HR operational services. The role oversees daily service performance, service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, while providing leadership and support to the team and internal stakeholders.
工作職責
- Lead and supervise the HR Shared Services team to ensure timely, accurate, and professional service delivery.
- Oversee payroll operations, including monthly payroll processing, payroll validation, statutory filings, and month-end reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and internal policies.
- Lead and oversight the end-to-end operations such as system and personnel records, workforce movements, visa applications, licenses registration/de-registration, pension and benefits administration.
- Establish, review and enhance the operational processes and HR system to support the business.
- Drive the review and enhancement of policies and practices to comply with employment legislation, company policies and governance standards.
- Monitor service levels, workload allocation, and team performance to meet operational targets and SLAs.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, C&B, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.
工作要求
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR operations/HR Shared Services in banking industry, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Proven capability to lead HR operations independently, exercising sound judgement and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, HR operations, and HK Labour Ordinance and other HR related regulations.
- Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
