Senior Product Manager, OTC Derivatives Clearing (HK$70K - $80K) (Ref. No.: 27379)
Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作職責
- Design and implement collateral management infrastructure for treasury products
- Develop operational frameworks and procedures for collateral management
- Keep abreast on collateral management market updates in OTC derivatives, repo, securities lending / borrowing
- Implement regulatory requirements such as Margin Rules and counterparty credit risk mitigation
- Support Legal documents negotiation and perform onboarding process in collateral management systems
- Enhance collateral management infrastructure which aligned with market evolution and long-term planning
- Participate in system projects and UAT
- Handle portfolio reconciliation reports, resolve margin disputes, collateral eligibility checks and monitor concentration risk
- Collect and analyze daily collateral data and activities
工作要求
- Bachelor degree with 5 years of relevant experience in banking & financial industry, particularly in Global Markets, OTC derivatives clearing, securities services, etc.
- Understand the relevant clauses of legal documents such as ISDA, VMCSA, IMCTA, GMRA, GMSLA
- Familiar with Bloomberg MARS, Murex or similar collateral management systems
- Strong analytical skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager
