Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, a Life Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

To design, support and enhance of AML modules and their integration with core insurance systems (e.g., policy administration, customer onboarding, payment systems).
Collaborate with business analysts, users and compliance teams to gather requirements and resolve issues related to AML workflows and regulatory obligations.
Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability to support AML screening, transaction monitoring, and reporting.
Maintain high-quality system design and development standards across AML and related modules.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and support.
Perform detailed system analysis, system design and system effort estimation.
Write system and program specification according to all confirmed specification and user requirements.
Maintain quality system design and programming according to system development standards and ensure the system is efficient and easily maintainable.
Supervise Subordinates to perform the assigned tasks with efficiency.
Handle ad hoc project as assigned.

Higher diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
At least 6 years’ relevant working experience in application analysis, application design & development and implementation.
Experience in AML modules and their integration.
Working experience in banking or insurance industry is highly preferable.
Proficiency in JAVA, J2EE, Servlet and knowledge in framework (e.g. Spring / Struts / Hibernate).
Experience in eBao system is a great advantage.
Proficiency in web-based/API-based/development with web (JSP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, JSON, jQuery).
Knowledgeable in .NET (e.g. C#) and Crystal report is a plus.
Proficiency in Oracle, PL/SQL.
