Trust Services Director (Ref. No.: 27493)

Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Attend client meetings to explain trust concept, structure and relevant tax impacts and to have a good understanding of clients’ situation and concern.
Be responsible for creating customized proposals for clients based on the understanding of their background and needs.
Be responsible for the establishment and annual management services of offshore trusts (including Hong Kong, Cayman and Jersey trusts etc.).
Provide trust training to internal family advisors/consultants to enhance the efficiency of trust service for clients.
Actively carry out coordination with relevant teams, including in-house tax consultants, lawyers and family consultants to deliver customized services to clients.
Work with external lawyers and accountants to construct customized trust structure for clients.
Assist in analyzing market changes and customer needs in the market, and put forward effective suggestions to promote the realization of the company's overall strategy.
Assist in certain family trust business projects to grow the overall family trust businesses.

A bachelor's degree or above in accounting, law, finance or business from a prestigious university, with more than 8 years of trust management experience.
Be familiar with the entire process of set up and maintenance of family trusts, and have a deep understanding of tax, legal and investment knowledge related to family trusts.
Good written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Have a service awareness, team spirit and a sense of responsibility, and possess strong stress resistance and communication skills.
Good computer literacy and tax/legal research skill.
Strong focus with high attention to detail.
Qualifications such as STEP, company secretary or CPA are desirable.
Experience in law firms or accounting firms with private wealth focus is a plus.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as ED or MD level.
