Our client, an Investment Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
工作職責
- Report to head of ECM
- Work closely with IBD coverage bankers, corporate finance bankers and institutional sales to manage equity deals
- Assist head to achieve strategic goals
- Assist head for the marketing and execution of ECM projects including IPO, share placements, block trades and other fund raising activities in Hong Kong and Great China region
- Help to develop professional investor relationships and broaden investors network
- Manage investment banking financing pitches, road shows, and underwriting commitments and transactions
- Internal control and comply with external regulation and practice standards
工作要求
- Degree holder in Finance, Economics or related discipline
- 3-5 years relevant experience in ECM
- In-depth experience in equity capital markets
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
