Claims Officer / Senior Officer, Employee Benefits (HK$20K - $30K) (Ref. No.: 26916)
Our client, an Insurance Company looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Provide services on pre-authorization approval and manage panel doctor networks on inpatient and outpatient
- Handle all medical claims assessment and investigation
- Provide quality services to designated major accounts and ensuring meet the services level agreement
- Provide training on medical claims knowledge to internal staff
- Assist in system enhancement project
- Perform claims reporting and carry out ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- Diploma with 2-4 years relevant experience
- Experience in panel doctor network management and medical claims
- Qualification of FLMI is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good management, communication and coaching skills
- Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
