Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Engage business users and IT stakeholders to capture surveillance logic, alerting, case management, and reporting requirements.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, including data onboarding specifications and integration protocols with VATPs.
Solution & Change Support
- Facilitate vendor workshops and architecture/security reviews with internal IT (BA, Security, Architecture) and external parties (vendor, cloud solution provider).
- Support the development of testing strategy, UAT scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
Project Coordination
- Assist IT Project Manager in tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and preparing progress reports for steering committee governance.
Quality Assurance
- Assist in QA and testing activities, including test scenario preparation, test case review, defect management, UAT coordination, and validation of business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee data mapping quality, sample validation, and support system testing including integration, performance and security testing.
- Assist in preparing training materials, user manuals, and conducting briefing sessions for business users.
Operational Readiness
- Contribute to cutover planning, production onboarding, and transition-to support documentation.
- Perform procurement and vendor management support as necessary, ensuring compliance.
Production Support
- Provide production support following system go-live, including incident handling, user support, issue resolution coordination and enhancement request management.
