Job Opening - Global Executive

Our client, an insurance company is now urgently looking for high caliber person to join their team.

Provide comprehensive support in planning, coordination, and execution of renovation, relocation, and fit-out projects.
Coordinate design reviews, technical inputs, and user requirements.
Ensure timely delivery, cost control, compliance with corporate governance, and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Support preparation of tender documents, evaluation reports and contract administration.
Prepare weekly progress reports and monthly executive summaries.
Liaise with vendors for progress updates.
Assist in practical completion, snag list management, and defect rectification.
Compile handover documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and warranties.
Trade procurement milestones and manage variation requests.
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress against schedule and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and permit-to-work requirements.
Coordinate logistics for relocation and commissioning activities.

Diploma/Degree in Building Services, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, fit-out, or renovation works.
Familiarity with Hong Kong building codes, safety standards, and procurement processes.
Proficient in MS Office, project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project), and reporting systems.
The employment will be on a contract basis and subject to renewal.
