Agency Training Director / Associate Director (HK$60K - $80K) (Ref. No.: 27065)
Our client, an Insurance company is now urgently looking for dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join their agency training department to cope with their business expansion.
Job Duties
- Lead a team to design and development training strategies, implement and coordinate activities associated with crucial training needs
- Manage a team to develop and enhance the eLearning platform to deliver effective training programs to agency channel
- Develop and implement CPD courses including traditional CPD and eCPD that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Design, develop and implement training procedures and policies, ensure adherence to elaborate training records, training governance frameworks compliance and the training standards meet regulatory authorities’ requirements
- Evaluate training efficiency and revamp contents and methods
- Serve as the key contact to liaise with regulatory authorities
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- University graduate with at least 8 years of distribution training experience in banking / insurance industry
- Solid understanding of training procedures, regulations and compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience in developing eLearning platform
- Excellent logical thinking ability, strong teaching skills and writing ability
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software
- Excellent command of both English and Chinese
