AI Developer (HK $30K - 45K+) (Ref. No.: 27869)
Our client, a public sector, is looking for high-calibre person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- AI-Native Development: Use Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, and OpenCode to accelerate code generation, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.
- Agent & Workflow Automation: Design multi-step agents and automated pipelines using Dify (orchestration, RAG) or n8n (nodes, APIs, webhooks). Build end-to-end flows: Query → Retrieval → Analysis → Model → Visual Output.
- Systems Engineering: Develop scalable backend APIs/services (Python/JS/TS) and frontend layers to fill gaps where AI workflows aren't applicable.
- LLM Optimization: prompt engineering to enhance model accuracy, reasoning, and safety.
- R&D: Monitor global AIGC trends (new models, MCP protocol) and evaluate their business applications.
Job Requirements
- Automation Platforms Experience with n8n(workflows, API/webhook integration) and Dify(agents, RAG orchestration, tools).
- AI Coding Tools(Preferred): Experience with Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or OpenCode.
- Tech Stack: Good in Python(preferred) or JavaScript/TypeScript. Familiar with full-stack frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django, Next.js). Solid understanding of RAG architecture.
