AI Model Governance Risk Manager (HK$50K - $60K) (Ref. No.: 27825)
Our client, a Leading Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Standardize the AI Model Governance processes and AI Risk Management Assessment Techniques for ensuring the model development working on a 2LOD role focusing on AI Development
- Manage all the credit risk models, stress testing, BASEL projects in the Bank
- Supervise ongoing governance and adoption of bank-wide AI models
- Work with different business units in the Bank to perform detailed AI Model Governance for ongoing development of the logical and physical AI Data Model
- Create and maintain AI Policy Development , AI Use Case Assessment, Compliance Monitoring cope with HKMA Guidance, Stakeholder Advisory
- AI Model Repository and act as gatekeeper to ensure the AI Model Governance standards are followed
Job Requirements
- University Degree Holder in Quantitative Study / Computer Science or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in Model Risk Management / Model Governance / AI Model Governance Processes /
- AI Risk Management in Banks / Finance Sectors
- Proficiency in NLP, Tree-based models, Deep Learning, Python or R NumPy, Pandas
- Self-initiative, independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua
