Our client, a Financial Institution, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

To design, support, and enhance application systems with a primary focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) modules and their integration with core insurance systems, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and maintainability within established budgets and timelines.
Analysis, design, and support of AML-related modules, integrating them with upstream and downstream systems.
Collaborate with business analysts, users, and compliance teams to gather requirements and address issues related to AML workflows and regulatory compliance.
Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability to facilitate AML screening, transaction monitoring, and reporting.
Prepare system and program specifications that align with AML compliance needs and integration points.
Maintain high standards of system design and development throughout AML and related modules.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and support.
Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices for AML systems and integration.
Conduct detailed system analysis, design, and effort estimation.
Solve problems to support and maintain application systems effectively.
Write system and program specifications based on confirmed requirements.
Develop application systems to meet user needs while adhering to quality standards.
Ensure that developed application systems are efficient and easy to maintain.
Foster effective communication and coordination with team members, colleagues in the Application Systems Department, and users.

Higher diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
6 years of relevant experience in application analysis, design, development, and implementation.
Proficiency in the insurance industry is an advantage.
Experience with AML modules and their integration within insurance systems is highly preferred.
Good in JAVA, J2EE, Servlets, and familiar with frameworks (e.g., Spring, Struts, Hibernate).
Skilled in web-based/API development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
