Our client, a Leading Banking Group is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position
Job Duties
- Assist the collection managers in monitoring overdue and criticized retail credit portfolios.
- Manage the collection, legal & recovery units to ensure all the collection / recovery processes are performed in accordance with the established policy and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements.
- Assist in developing and implementing the collection strategy to minimize exposures on credit losses through proper/prompt control and efficient follow-up on delinquent and written-off accounts.
- Frequently review on collection policy and strategy to ensure procedures are practical to the current legal and economical environment.
- Prepare credit risk reports / credit portfolio analysis and participate in different projects to improve collections performance.
Job Requirements
- University Degree holder.
- 3 years’ experience in Retail Banking Credit Risk Management / Credit Collection with Banking Sector is a MUST.
- Skill sets in portfolio management techniques and analytical methodologies.
- Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure and liaise effectively with the business and supporting units.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English including Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as Officer.
