Assistant HR Manager (Generalist) (HK$30K - $40K) (Ref. No.: 26947)
Our client, an Insurance company is now urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team.
Job Duties
- Handle full spectrum support of HR duties
- Act as a HRBP to handle recruitment, performance management, employee relations, etc.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire talent
- Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle, including sourcing candidates through various channels (e.g. job boards, social media, referrals and recruitment agencies), conducting interviews, negotiating offers, preparing employment documents, and handling onboarding arrangement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and workforce planning, enabling you to devise effective recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with employment ordinance and regulations throughout the hiring process
- Support on HR reporting, C&B, Training, staff engagement, etc.
- Stay abreast of market trends and recommend actions to maintain the company's competitive edge in talent acquisition
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with employment ordinance and regulations
- With experience in banking and finance industry will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and candidates
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent command of English and Chinese
