Assistant HR Manager (HK$28K - $36K) (Ref. No.: 27182)
Our client, a Life Insurance Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Responsible for end-to-end HR Operations from staff onboarding, contract management, staff movement to off-boarding processes
- Maintain staff P-files and records
- Participate in HR system enhancement and UAT
- Handle employee benefits administration and tax filing
- Drive and coordinate staff engagement activities
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance HR delivery service’s effectiveness
- Assist in annual HR audit exercises
- Prepare regular HR reports
- Handle enquiries and provide HR services to internal customers
- Participate in other HR projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- 5 years' solid relevant experience preferable in sizable organization or financial institutions
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-minded, pro-active, independent with strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
