Assistant HR Manager (HK$28K - $36K) (Ref. No.: 27182)

Our client, a Life Insurance Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for end-to-end HR Operations from staff onboarding, contract management, staff movement to off-boarding processes
  • Maintain staff P-files and records
  • Participate in HR system enhancement and UAT
  • Handle employee benefits administration and tax filing
  • Drive and coordinate staff engagement activities
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance HR delivery service’s effectiveness
  • Assist in annual HR audit exercises
  • Prepare regular HR reports
  • Handle enquiries and provide HR services to internal customers
  • Participate in other HR projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
  • 5 years' solid relevant experience preferable in sizable organization or financial institutions
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-minded, pro-active, independent with strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
