Our client, an insurance company is now urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their Corporate Solutions Department.
Job Duties
- Build and develop effective working relationship with distribution channels
- Meet regularly with distribution channels to identify sales and service opportunities and advise on strategies to secure MPF business
- Responsible for developing and conducting training with emphasis on product and selling techniques
- Increase the penetration of MPF products in the field force
- Implement sales & marketing strategies to the distribution channel
- Prepare presentation and marketing materials
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- University graduate
- Minimum 4 years sales or channel development experience in MPF or Pension / Retirement Services
- Extensive experience of distribution channel management
- Professional insurance qualification(s) a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Result oriented, strategic minded, ambitious and analytical
