Assistant Officer (Fintech Facilitation Office) (Ref. No.: 27411)

Our client, a Financial statutory body, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial / clerical support for the Fintech Facilitation Office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for colleagues' duty visits
  • Handle public enquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently
  • Handle procurement and related matters
  • Assist in arranging the logistics of meetings and industry events held internally or externally
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth day-today operations
  • Provide support to project coordination / industry engagement tasks as required
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

  • University degree in relevant disciplines
  • At least 1 year’s relevant work experience in customer service or administrative work preferred
  • Experience in public organisations / financial industry a plus
  • Experience in project coordination / industry engagement a plus
  • A good team player with proactive attitude a must
  • Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, work independently, and meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
