Our client, an Investment Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Assist the CEO and senior management team in business development and business operation tasks
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office ad ensuring if its is well-organized and efficient
- Coordinating meetings, events, travel arrangements and conferences for the team and clients
- Assisting in creating impactful presentations for the directors’ meetings and events
- Responsible for daily settlement operations of HK equities and global futures
- Handle accounts opening, inspection of new account documents and data input
- Liaise with front office, brokers and external authorities for settlement related matters
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
- University graduate or diploma holder
- At least 1-2 years experience in brokerage industry
- Detailed oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Ability to work independently and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
