Our client, a Financial Institution is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position under their Project Team, Facilities Management Department.
Job Duties
- Prepare detailed technical and construction drawings for renovation, relocation, and fit-out projects.
- Translate design concepts into precise AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with internal departments and project team to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.
- Assist in developing layouts, floor plans, and fabrication details.
- Support project documentation and revisions as needed.
Job Requirements
- Certificate from HKCEE/HKDSE or IVE or Diploma in Interior Design, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an interior design, project coordination, fit-out, or renovation works.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, good spatial understanding, and teamwork skills.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
