Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Facilitate and conduct user requirement gathering sessions, analyze business needs, and recommend best-practice solutions.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the bridge between business users and technical developers to ensure requirements are clearly defined and accurately implemented.
Technical Translation: Translate business and user requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Testing Support: Provide comprehensive support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Training Delivery: Prepare user manuals/training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide junior Business Analysts to ensure timely project delivery and high-quality deliverables.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Senior Business Analyst: 10+ years of solid IT or banking industry experience.
- Business Analyst: 3+ years of relevant experience.
Core Skills: Proven track record in leading meetings, gathering requirements, collaborating on solutions, and resolving project issues.
Domain Knowledge: Experience in Corporate Banking/ Financial Market/ FX/ Algo related will be advantageous
Attributes: Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality, accurate work.
Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills.
Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese); proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
