Our client is a HK listed public utility company; they are urgently looking for a Digital Business Analyst professional to take up the new role.

To take a leadership role in guiding and coaching a team to accomplish assignments on time and deliver IT management services with high quality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Assist in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on business goals and user needs.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
Facilitate design thinking workshops to gather insights and define user needs.
Use Figma to create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize requirements and gather early feedback.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Participate in product testing to ensure features meet business requirements and user expectations.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, requirements, and processes.
Act as an evangelist to promote low code platform and engagement with business stakeholders by organizing various engagement program, e.g. hackathon.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.
Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with design tools like Figma is mandatory.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and practices is mandatory
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
