Business Analyst – Digital Transformation / Technology Analyst (HK$40K - $60K) (Ref. No.: 27615)
Our client, a Retail Bank, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Analysis & Strategy: Research industry trends and define business requirements for innovation projects.
- Project Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end process from vendor selection and system design to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between business users, developers, and external vendors.
- Training: Support the rollout and promotion of new technical solutions.
Job Requirements
- Education: Degree in CS, IS, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–5 years in technical/system analysis. Banking experience is a plus.
- Skills: Technical background with coding experience and Cloud platform familiarity.
- Communication: Proficiency in Chinese report writing and explaining technical concepts to non-technical staff.
Fresh graduates or those with less experience will be considered for Junior posts
