Our client, a Semi-Government Body, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Perform user requirement gathering
- Coordinate with application team and/or end users to drive open action items to closure
- Coordinate with related parties on framework release and production rollout
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct quality control inspections and testing to identify defects and non-conformities in applications
- Be responsible for providing standby support during non-office hours to address quality-related emergencies
- Assist in the development of test cases and participate in user acceptance testing
- Prepare / write relevant documentations like the system design, specifications, test cases and operations documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in IT related discipline.
- Experience in document management workflow, including OCR processing, scanning solutions, digital signing and document format conversion
- Understanding of full project management delivery cycle
- Experience in project management / coordination, vendor management
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Initiative and able to work independently
- Willingness to work overtime and provide standby support during non-office hour
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight schedules
