Job Duties
- Define product assortment, pricing, and promotions to meet turnover and profitability targets
- Lead new product launches and phase-outs
- Conduct market analysis (GfK, competitor insights, consumer feedback)
- Collaborate with sales to set distribution and POS objectives
- Oversee category training and content
- Act as liaison between regional markets and headquarters
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in category management and product launches
- Deep, current expertise across both disciplines
- Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with intercultural experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel
