Counter Transaction Officer (HK$23K - $26K) (Ref. No.: 27204)
Our client, a Leading Banking Group, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Stationed in Centre to operate the VTM to provide counter service to customers, e.g. cash withdrawal / deposit, cheque deposit, etc
- Answer customer enquiries about banking services by video phone, email and WeChat / WebChat
- Process banking transaction for customers
Job Requirements
- University degree holder is a MUST
- Good spoken in Mandarin is a MUST
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in Banking Teller or Counter Service experience with Banks in Hong Kong
- Good Chinese Reading and Writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with initiative, self-motivated and proactively managed
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese with fluent spoken in Cantonese and Mandarin
