Customer Services Officer – Hotline (HK$18K - $22K) (Ref. No.: 26404)
Our client, a Life Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.
Job Duties
- Handle hotline enquiries from customers and distribution channels and respond to customer feedback in a professional and timely manner
- handle and ensure customer complaints and complex cases are resolved effectively in line with company policies and procedures
- cooperate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
- To provide excellent end to end service with customer orientation mindset and respond to customer feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors from time to time
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above qualification, passed in IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 and 5
- 2 years+ relevant experience in financial institutions, preferably with experience in insurance sector
- Excellent customer-service mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
