Customer Services Officer – Hotline (HK$18K - $22K) (Ref. No.: 26404)

Our client, a Life Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

Handle hotline enquiries from customers and distribution channels and respond to customer feedback in a professional and timely manner
handle and ensure customer complaints and complex cases are resolved effectively in line with company policies and procedures
cooperate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
To provide excellent end to end service with customer orientation mindset and respond to customer feedback in a professional and timely manner
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors from time to time

Job Requirements

Diploma or above qualification, passed in IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 and 5
2 years+ relevant experience in financial institutions, preferably with experience in insurance sector
Excellent customer-service mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
