Customer Services Officer – Hotline (HK$18K - $22K) (Ref. No.: 26404)

Our client, a Life Insurance Company is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Job Duties

  • Handle hotline enquiries from customers and distribution channels and respond to customer feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • handle and ensure customer complaints and complex cases are resolved effectively in line with company policies and procedures
  • cooperate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
  • To provide excellent end to end service with customer orientation mindset and respond to customer feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above qualification, passed in IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 and 5
  • 2 years+ relevant experience in financial institutions, preferably with experience in insurance sector
  • Excellent customer-service mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
